We know you might not always have enough design work for a full month. If you only have a few requests, you can pause your subscription at any time. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 15 days and then pause, the billing cycle stops, and you'll have 16 days of service left to use whenever you need.
Your satisfaction is priority. We offer revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. You can also cancel the project at any time.
Due to the nature of our service and the immediate start of work, we don't offer refunds once the project has begun. However, we're committed to delivering quality work that meets your needs and expectations.
